1. Product Introduction
The A-type sandblasting gun is a conventional pressure siphon negative pressure sandblasting gun, commonly known as the "large fixed-ear sandblasting gun" in the industry. It is the standard matching gun for cabinet sandblasting machines. Adopting an internal mixing sandblasting structure, it generates negative pressure through compressed air to automatically absorb abrasives. It is divided into two mainstream versions: aluminum alloy model for dry sandblasting and polyurethane model for wet water sandblasting. The complete product series includes A1, A2, A4, A5, A6, AT and other sub-models to meet diverse processing demands.

Overall Structure: Total length from air inlet to bottom thread port: 90mm, gun body thickness: 36mm. Equipped with fixed lugs (ear design) for easy installation and fixation
Material: A1/A2 models adopt die-cast aluminum alloy gun body; A4/A5 models adopt wear-resistant and water-proof polyurethane material
Interface Specification: Standard external thread interface, customizable pagoda joint and straight plug type; sand tube core diameter: 13mm; air core outer diameter: 18mm
Nozzle: Replaceable boron carbide / tungsten steel nozzles with 6–10mm optional aperture; supports inner and outer double installation modes

6. Operation Notes
Fine-grain abrasives are recommended. Coarse sand will cause gun clogging and accelerate body wear
Ensure dry compressed air to prevent abrasive caking and sand tube blockage
Replace worn nozzles and rubber sleeves timely to maintain optimal sandblasting efficiency
Polyurethane A4/A5 models are preferred for wet sandblasting; aluminum alloy models are prone to corrosion after long-term water immersion
