1. Product Introduction
Type C sandblasting gun is a compact siphon negative pressure sandblasting gun, widely used as spare & replacement gun for small cabinet sandblasting machines. It adopts internal mixing sandblasting design. Compared with Type A and Type B guns, it has smaller body and lower abrasive flow rate, ideal for light-duty and precision sandblasting jobs. It is mainly made of die-cast aluminum alloy for dry blasting. Polyurethane version can be customized for wet sandblasting on request.

- Structure: Compact small body with fixing lugs for easy installation on mini sandblast cabinets. Total length: approx 80mm, gun body thickness: 32mm
- Material: Die-cast aluminum alloy (standard); Polyurethane (optional for wet blasting)
- Interface: External thread connection, pagoda joint optional; sand tube core diameter: 10mm; air core outer diameter:15mm
- Nozzle: Only boron carbide nozzle available, nozzle bore size 4–7mm optional, excellent wear resistance for fine blasting work

6. Operation Notes
- Designed for fine abrasives; coarse sand will cause clogging and accelerate gun wear
- Compressed air must be dry to prevent abrasive agglomeration and pipe blockage
- Inspect boron carbide nozzle regularly. Replace immediately once worn out to maintain blasting effect
- For wet blasting environment, select polyurethane version to avoid corrosion
